This time around, I have decided to make a Mega Man based on Bomb Man! This isn't based on the colors Mega Man is when he has Bomb Man's ability. This is based on Bomb Man himself.
Fun fact. This was the first texture I attempted to do, but I didn't have 3DS Max to tell me where everything goes.
Recolor based on a recolor done by Cool Smash Alts!
