Cynthia Inspired Palutena Vertex (beta)

I'm not very skilled at vertexing unfortunetly... I tried my best to make the jewels in her hair but no matter what they wouldn't come out right. So for now, this is a Cynthia "Inspired" Palutena vertex with nearly all metal gear removed, and edited normal maps, and material edited hair to be blonde. Goes over c00.
