I've got a lot to say- more than usual, I think.
First things first, I would never have done this without Nano's work on Awakening Roy, so major kudos to him.
Secondly, this project was NOT EASY. Why I did this to myself, I'll never know... Here's how the process went. I downloaded Nano's mod, took it into 3dsEditor and isolated the blade portion. Next, I started making a trail so I'd get a feeling as to what I needed for the blade itself. I... did it FROM SCRATCH. I literally drew this freaking thing BY HAND using a POTATO. facedesk I used brawl minus' trail for reference, but in the end, I just ended up using similar color schemes and redesigned it entirely myself. Long story short, it took about 3 hours until I was satisfied. Once I was done with that, I took the blade and put it over the .nut of Roy's Sword Flare file, realized that it's ENORMOUS compared to his OG flare, and almost gave up. almost. I resized it bigger than before to match dimensions, added width and length to appear like a flare, and spent around 5 hours trial and error-ing the shit out of it until it was satisfactory. I didn't get it to fit exactly  due to the dimensions of the sword being alinear apparently, but you won't notice it. You may also notice that there's no "glow" around the flare. Well, you can't actually work that out unless you're using the default flare. I wasn't, and sure as hell wasn't going to try to configure the .dds to fit around the flare- especially considering what I found out halfway into testing.
~Sword flares work... well... eh? I honestly think that they have texID errors too, as once one is overlayed in the mod, they ALL take that color. HERE'S WHAT I'M GETTING AT: You can't use all the sword flares unfortunately.

(Notice how the flare is green while the trail is normal. It overtook all forms of the trails.)

My recommendation is to take which ever trail you like the most and apply it's sword flare for all files while using the "Extended" Version of the trail. It overtakes all forms of the trail with that color, so having one sword flare is just fine. You could also just use the "Regular" flare and deal with it using my preset trails. They're before the extended trails- you can't miss 'em.
Anyways, back to the struggle. After 10 or so hours of pure SD card torture, I got it to a state that I'm happy with. I drew the trail myself, made the sword flares using Nano's model, and a-okay-ed it up.

I've tested the mod myself, and everything seemed to work just fine. If you have any errors, crashes, ect., please let me know so that I can make another .zip. Computer issues, you know?
Also, if you have a request/recommendation, let me know. Sometimes, they are much better than anything I could think of.
