Scourge The Hedgehog V1

This character is not an oc.  This character was introduced in the sonic archie comics.

introducing scourge, my first vertex and texture hack based on his appearance from the sonic archie comics. 

I had a few troubles getting him to work because of texture iding was chaotic, but now i don't have to worry since i already followed a tutorial how to do it flawlessly with no trouble.

The texture id is set to 69 ( ?° ?? ?°) it should go on any costume slot, Defaulted to c07.

I will be making more vertex and texture mods in the near future, as of right now i hope all of you enjoy my first mod.
