Casual Winter Samus

Winter is coming and Samus decided to go outside in a simple dress with a yarn coat.  I edited the normals to make her coat look like its made from yarn. I also material edited her body to not be shiny.

Includes CSP.  TexID fixed, making it go over any slot, including addition ones. Wi-Fi safe.
