Max's Severed Head Sheen-Enabler

Anyone remember those Glitched Killstreaks kits from the Gun Mettle update? How many people applied 'em to Max's Severed Heads? Well, with this mod, those killstreak kits are no longer just extra bits of text, but a full fledged Killstreak Sheen on your hat! The killstreaks, in short, work as weapons would, becoming more and more vivid the more kills in your Killstreak Pool.

DISCLAIMER: Professional Killstreaker Eye Effects will not draw with this mod, as the eye effects cannot draw off of Hats in general, unfortunately! But still enjoy your shiny Max's!
