A thing I've been sitting on for about a week and a half. This does not include an inspect or any Mangler animations (charge shot or reload). I wanted to make him shoot magic or lightning out of his hands for the Mangler but I think ever since LaW (maybe a different update) the Cow Mangler has shared its idle, draw and fire animations with the normal launchers.
