C:> Program Files (x86)> Steam> SteamApps> common> Team Fortress 2> tf> custom>(your folder that you made inside of your custom folder). Enjoy! Also, the Chicago flag is on the black box and also I have no idea how the gold got there or how to get it off!

UPDATE: The VMT file in the c_items folder of the texture is causing the weapon to look gold. Delete it if you please or redownload the texture.
