Unzip the file into your team fortress 2 folder.
Default path is usually: c:/Program files > steam > steamapps > your account name > team fortress 2
If you want to uninstall:
Go into your team fortress 2 > tf folder.
The blutsauger is in materials > models > c_items. Just delete the leechgun files there.
