Portable Bofors Cannon

Hey it's christmas.

Replaces the brass beast, has custom sounds.

Back around just before the heavy update, the concept for the bofors cannon was created and it spread around quite a bit. Here it is modeled.

Edit: Fixed a skipping problem with the sounds. Touched up the texture visible in the first person view a little.
