Upped the texture's size to 2048x2048 and vectored some of the most pixelated elements.

Well, mostly the "Provisions" logo because god that thing was pixelated to hell and beyond.

It's certainly not the HD mod of the decade since I left most of the texture as-is, but people playing without AA will probably appreciate this.
