Gentle Manne's Professional Toothpick

Since my fork versions of the Spy knife seemed popular I've been experimenting with other things. While looking through a list of Swiss Army Knife tools, I spotted "toothpick" - figured it'd go well with the dining theme of my last two knife replacements.

Given it's a typical thin toothpick it's very hard to see third-person, but it's great first-person.

I think the best part of this is thrusting it - you can poke people with the toothpick amusingly, as in the last screenshot.
