Replaces the Chargin' Targe.
Due to a recent update, it's currently impossible to have team colors on the Chargin' Targe in first-person view. If you choose to use the team-colored version, the view model will always appear red while the world model will accurately display the proper textures. If you do not actually use the Chargin' Targe, this will not affect you.
For those who do not wish to sully their charging experience with broken textures, I have included both neutral "Chocolate" and Black shields.
- Added black version
- Slightly improved the arm-guard model and texture
- Fixed incorrect phong stuff
- Fixed alpha channel that I thought I had fixed in V3 but actually made worse
