Black Watch Improvements

Well, off we go. This skin did take a while to be completed, I've been editing the WHOLE texture alpha mask, not just editing one of the areas, no, I've edited the hat to make it all paintable (not just paintable in just one of the parts of the hat).

Along with new textures for unpainted hat (the texture is only new because I had to edit the hat's alpha mask, and the hat's RGB coding [which uses the same HEX code as the Team Spirit].

Contains both VPK and non-VPK.

The following are available in vpk and non-vpk, and here are the info of each of them:

Paintable Hat -> It will make the hat's texture a bit different, and you're able to paint the whole hat;

Paintable Hat (With Old Blu Color) -> This is the same as above, but this uses another color for the blue's (that matches a bit with the original skin), I've restarted tf2 around 20 times for the red skin, but it wasn't fitting well. So I decided to make the final version of the skin Team Spirit. Notice that this pack also includes the TC painted Red Black Watch;

Paintable Plume (that popcorn) -> Makes the "popcorn" paintable. The texture was edited a bit, but it makes the "popcorn" paintable in both teams.
