Fixed BLU Quadwrangler Texture

All I did was taking the RED texture and changing the colors. I think that the BLU version was made from scratch, not using the colors from the RED team, causing the weird brighten version (default texture).

Not the most "wow" thing, but I have other stuff to upload. I wanted to do a Cream Spirit skin for it (the red/blue shirt), I think it looked ok, but I could improve more if I would ever submit it. So I already did this fix while I was doing my own skin.

Includes VPK and Non-VPK.
