Fixed Chieftain's Challenge Paint

Since the July update, I thought the red and blue parts would be paintable, but no... VALVe did it wrong, that hat looks so odd with the default alpha mask, don't you think?

I had to do this, I disliked how valve made to paint the whole hat, instead of the red and blue feather parts. Well, you can download this to fix it.

If your Chieftain's Challenge is unpainted, it will still remain the same color as the default. That's why the skin is included with .vmts (also inside the .vpk). The vmt will make the hat red or blu when it's unpainted.

Includes both VPK and non-VPK.

In dark paints, a small red or blue outline can be seen, I couldn't fix that, I even tried tried to make the whole red/blue triangles, but it didn't worked too well. It's not too visible though.

Every paint will work, I didn't tested all, but the alpha channel mask is marked white for the .vmt configuration area to be painted, so all the paint colors will work with this skin.

Don't flag this with "Lacing of Decent Screenshots" , there is 36 paints in game (6 Team Paints). It will take some time to screenshot every preview with paint.
