Fixed Lone Star Paint

This one was a bit more hard to make, I had to edit the alpha for the texture, not just a solid color. At least, now I know how to make those for future fixes, thanks to Omolong.

I'll be doing some paintable items fixes. You can tell here which item you want to have a better paint area. It's free, but it may take a while.

Includes both VPK and non-VPK.

If you want a fix just for the BLU stripe and beard, but keeps the beard paintable, download this other fix:

GAMEBANANA: Fixed Lone Star in BLU TEAM [3 Styles!] + RedBeard (Team Fortress 2 > Skins > Cosmetics)

If your lone star is unpainted, it will show just like the default texture (except for the stripe and beard on blu team).
