• Wrote a new README file. The instructions are fool-proof
• Updated texture files so they work better
• As requested by Acylus, the skin can now replace the bounty hat. Though i did not test it, because I do not own a bounty hat.

Thoughts

Trying to create a goatee, I've run into trouble. I noticed that if i made a goatee static model it would clip extensively whenever the character moves their face to talk/jeer/etc. I don't know how to make a model that matches the exact animation of these movements. So goatee development is stalled a little bit.
