HD Fabric Pack

Basically, I've removed the phong and added a fabric normal map to the items that should have, wintery stuff what have you, in my personal opinion I like it though I might have to tweak the Der Wintermantel. I also need to fix the Kringle normal so the buckle doesn't look like fabric too.

PLEASE don't keep saying "It doesn't fit the TF2 artstyle" or "Too realistic" because its supposed to be, there are plenty of people who like the HD skins like 90SK's stuff, I'm not a perfect skinner, but I'm proud of what I do. Plus it upsets me when people complain at my work.
