International Stallion

There's been other Rambo hairs, but here's mine. High probability of looking like someone other than Rambo.

Replaces most of Sniper or Heavy hats, I suggest one that doesn't fall of on death or there might be some weirdness.

Also it is paintable if the replaced hat allows for painting

Edit: Now includes the master's yellow belt which I forgot for some reason
