N-cog's Custom Diamondback

This goes along with my "Most Wanted Fix"

That fact that the Diamondback didn't actually reload anything drove my mind insane for some reason, so...

This is what I ended up making.

This mod basically adds custom bullets and the Revolver's Speedloader to the Diamondback so the spy has something to reload.
