Engineer's new eyes

Hello its me again I always wanted to make an eye for the Engineer's goggles but I see that they are so common in FPS Banana but I thought of making one which is just not a white paint with a black dot

its basicly a white circle with a black stroke with inner glow(yellow) and same for the inside eye

Take this as a SIMPLE re-edit not as a huge HQ mod(because this is what most people in this community talk about)

Install it in your TF 2 file
