Old Engineer shotgun draw animations(11/2/13)

A user on FacePunch pointed out that the draw animations for the Engineer's shotgun was changed during the Engineer update. I have reversed this change.

• Works with all shotguns other than the pomson

• Will not work with custom FJ mods

• Will not work with other reaniamtion mods.

• FIXED FOR SCREAM FORTRESS 2013!

• Now uses GameZombie's separate c_model aniamtions

• If you have Paysus' Engineer animations also installed, please use the one that say it'll work with his animations.

• If you do not, use the standalone VPK
