includes kill icons, a modified tf_english, and the kitchen sink

WARNING: tf_english.txt and mod_textures.txt will be out dated when the polypack update is released, I advise you delete them then. if I get enough requests to update them, I will.

Its not recommended you use this with my skullcutter replacement as it would break the kill icons and backpack descriptions, and plus you would look silly trying to tell the two weapons apart ingam.
