Scratchy Axe

Well, this is my first skin ever. I haven't got a program which I can open the axe with to render it. This is all hand made , no brushes involved. Please could anyone link me to a program which supports TF2 files etc, etc? Or teach me with any of these programs : 3DS max , Cinema 4D or Gmax. I will make more if this gets a good rating. I always make more anyways =P. Place in : C:\Program\Steam\Steamapps\Your Steam Login\Team Fortress 2\tf\materials\models\weapons\ Well have fun with it...
