Lizardizzle's Slap-Happy Heavy Animations FIXED

This was one of my favourite Heavy fists reanimation, but when valve changed the fists to use c_animations intead of its own viewmodel, the mod broke.

So i decided to do a small fix for this mod, and here it is, for anyone else who liked this mod before.

Comes with some cheesy slapping and swinging sounds.
