Flying Guillotine Retex

Hi! This is my... 6th skin. I didn't like the flying guillotine first time I saw it. I've always been one to make skins for my own pleasure, then release them. This time I didn't even make it for myself :D. So yeah here it is:

Replaced wood with a synthetic material. Lightened the metal parts a bit to make it shinier and "cleaner" looking.
