Hats on Guns Aftermath: The Holy Mackerel

In the "Polycount Hats on Guns" submission we left out the Fish because, at the time, we had no way to redo the jiggle bones. And releasing the fish without jiggle bones defeats the whole purpose of the Fish in the first place.

But now that I have a new decompiler that saves jiggle bones QC lines. So the first logical step is to once again put off the other thing I'm working that people want way MORE than this, to bring them this.
