Kiddy's Kindler

When Pyromania was released, I was disappointed with the lack of kiddy secondary weapons, and always wanted to see one exist. After a dream I had a little under a week ago with this weapon in it, I have been designing and working on this item. It is on the TF2 Workshop!

The knob was originally supposed to be jiggle boned, however due to some flickering problems, it was removed.

The particles replace the Manmelter's particles, causing the idle sparks to be bubbles and sparkles, the trail to be a rainbow, the vaccuum to have rainbow sparkles with a rainbow swirl at the front, and the muzzle flash to have a rainbow burst with a liquid 'timer' to when it's finished reloading. The other particles involved with it are not changed because of the Phlogistinator particles being left alone.
