extract the folder "tf" into your custom folder.

Steam/SteamApps/common/team Fortress 2/tf/custom/(Here)

tf inside the custom folder is there because team fortress 2 cannot read the textures, sounds and modules unless they are in a sepperate folder in Custom, though the "tf" folder inside custom could be named however you like. some put My_custom_stuff
