Pre Gun mettle Viewmodel Style Minigun

This mod makes the new Gun Mettle Minigun phong mask and vmt settings better and similar to the old Minigun viewmodel, the difference is not really big but i didn't like how they changed the Minigun's vmt settings after gun mettle, this is mod is for the players who also think like this.

- Updated the phong mask to be a bit better.
