Sharp Shooter 2.0+

NOTE: I only have half of an idea of what I'm doing, if there's an issue, please tell me.

This takes http://gamebanana.com/skins/142641 and makes variants for the Soldier, Heavy and Engineer.

So far this is a work in progress, and I'm very lazy... So I'll eventually do more and more variants to place them on.

An exception to some weapons would be if it was equippable by another class that wouldn't use both a shotgun and melee, say the Pain Train.

I'll make sure these are working in game soon, I just have a lot on my hands at time of upload.

Also the skin in the images is from the original skin, but they'll be the same anyways.
