Beta Muzzleflash for the Classic

After the Love and War update, the Classic has yet to be added to the original beta muzzleflash pack. The Back Scatter uses the stock scattergun CTX script, so this was the only other weapon that needed to have this fix. This submission will be removed if Stachekip updates the original.

I decompiled the sniper rifle CTX script file provided from Stachekip's "The Beta Muzzleflash(NOT a sprite)" submission, then copied the muzzleflash entry in the script into the current file for the Classic, and recompiled it.
