Festive 2011 Quality Fix

The Love & War Update converted five out of nine Festive 2011 weapons into c_models. Valve being Valve, though, they used the ugly w_models for the lights instead of the so much nicer v_models.

This mod fixes this by universally using the old v_models.

The weapons in question are: - Festive Scattergun - Festive Rocket Launcher - Festive Wrench - Festive Medi Gun - Festive Sniper Rifle

(Important Note: I only own a Festive Wrench, so I don't know if this works on the other weapons. If it doesn't, please let me know!)

UPDATE: Of course, I only own a Festive Wrench and it turns out to be the only weapon this fix works with. Gah. Well, I'll see if I can patch up the others, but give me some time.
