Icy Ubers

A while back I had been looking at the sprites page and I came across the "Icy Medibeam" mod made by Chaofanatic. When I played around with it I realized that I could make an Ubercharge effect to work with it.

So after three months of procrastination I made this mod, and after one month of OCD nitpicking I believe that it is as ready for release as I can make it.

All this mod does is make your character into a frozen version of that character like the Spy-cicle does but without you dying. It comes with team coloring and white-ish coloring for both teams, along with a custom falling snowflake overheal particle effect which also comes in team coloring and white.
