Rainbow Ubercharge

So...

Anyone who read the text file in my "Gold and Silver Ubers" mod may have come across some text referring to the next mod I was working on... This is that mod, and it's got RAINBOWS in it.

What this mod does is cycle through 120 frames of color to give both teams a decent looking rainbow invincibility that looks like something out of The Binding of Isaac.

I put four levels of team colored files to fit what any of you may desire, and this mod even comes with a nifty particle edit for the Medigun Beam that gives it rainbow effects for the Uber.
