2013 Festive "Fixes"

Who thought green would be a good idea?

IF we had green and yellow teams, it wouldn't be as bad...

So this basically makes it so the newer festives use more team colors instead of yellow and green

The Wrangler Ribbon is the color of the Engineer's Overalls

The Crossbow's canister is the color of Medics's coat and the bow is cream spirit (should I have used Value of Teamwork?)

FaN's forward grip is now Team Spirit and the Candy Cane's stripes are now red/blue and white instead of Red/Blue and pale yellow

If you can think of any improvements, please let me know, like lowering the phong settings or tweaking the alpha so they're not quite so shiny...

toss into steam/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf/custom

No Eyelander, Sapper or Flare Gun though

(imo) they look fine...ish)
