Beta Style Ubercharge Textures: Pyro and Engie fix

This is a fix for my HQ Beta-Style Ubercharge Texture pack. I added Shugo's glowing goggle effect for the Pyro and Engineer. As a bonus, this pack includes SoJa's beta-style Engie face that was in his Beta Designed Player Pack.
