Rocket Launcher Model Muzzleflashes (QUAKE™ much)

yeah.... I made this.

after seeing HelmoChipChop's rocket launcher muzzleflashes, I noticed that there was no model version, so I edited the ctx's using the same way he did and added them in.

(NOTE: might not work for default rocket launcher)
