Rocket Reload Fix

No, this doesn't mean I'm making a Soldier pack.

Don't reupload or include this in a pack without my permission.

I'm not sure if the Black Box is fixed, because I don't have it. There's no reason why it shouldn't (I edited the model, etc).

The rocket may clip a little bit with some rocket launchers. I haven't noticed any, but it may still happen.

This doesn't work with Soldier/Rocket Launcher reanimations or remodels. If you've made one and want it to work with this, PM me or add me on steam.

Update:

• Fixed the Cow Mangler's animations
• Now compatible with the Black Box
• Fixed Rocket Jumper Clipping

Update 2:

• The Rocket is now part of the Soldier's first person arms. This makes it compatible with all custom rocket launchers, and fixes the class selection screen bug

Update 3:

• Added an optional rollback to the version that replaces the rocket launchers for 70 fov fix users

Update 4:

• Fixed The Soldier's Sleeves always appearing red

Update 5:

• Actually fixed the Soldier's sleeves team colouring
• Added better support for the 70 FOV Fix / TIP (This version requires both TIP and the 70 FOV fix installed)
• Fixed general animation bugs. Everything transitions smoother and improved the Shotgun's sound timing

I'll remove this version if bl8demast3r or the TIP guys want it removed.
