- A new killicon for the Panic Attack
- Fixed crit-glow .vmt
- Fixed lod1 being the same mesh as lod0
- Fixed floating shell on Pyro
- Fixed shells not being loaded in first person
- Fixed shell ejection port not moving in first person on Engineer
This will not be compatible with any other killicon fixes that modify d_images_v3 or dneg_images_v3, so probably most
