Rescue Ranger Fix

READ ME BEFORE COMMENTING/RATING!

Fixes the Rescue Ranger's freaky rigging, and extended the lower "barrel" and pump so the pump doesn't clip in to the rest of the gun while cocking. That's what it's called, right? Cocking? Is there a better word for that?

Not much else to say. It's 4:40 am and I'm tired.

The pump still clips with my custom animations though.

That's a problem with the animations, though.

I'm really proud of this, though. Rigging. Haven't really done it before.

By the way, the shell itself is still rigged. It's just not there in the default anims.
