dart for the revolver(makes the tranqilizer cooler

This was actually quite hard to make,

i used an empty script and put the corect lines of coad in it to complete it it shoots a projectile in single player (in multiplayer the gun still shoots a syringe, but the syringe does 0 damage, it makes it a hitscan)

I used strangemodul3's tranquilizer mod and sounds as a base and used valve's official textures.
