I did not retexture the grip, simply because you do not ever see it, so i did not spend the time on it.

The options
Included here is 2 versions - one with a normal map, and one without. The choice is seen first thing once you open the file, and you may extract the one you desire. Let me know if there are any problems with this.
And also, no world view. Sorry, it just did not turn out correctly.
