Anyway, this took me a while to do (normal maps as well), but if it came out as looking like a copy-pasta MS paint project, then I guess I can't compete with gold recolors of weapons and hue changes for combine.
I'm not one to tell you what your opinion should be, just actually download the skin before you say that it is an MS paint job.
