Improved Scout Player Textures

Scout did not have as meany problems as the previus classes, witch is good! As always, makes scout have some issues with the textures be fixed, like blue scouts pants bands holding the  belt being some kind of blue color, no more!

I do hope you guys are enjoying these skins ive ben making, im really doing my best! 

Just so you all have an idea of what ill be doing next, ill give you all the order list of classes ill  be fixing next!

Easy means that there are not alot of isues with the textures, and advanced mean there are alot.
