Full-length shotgun

Replaces the shotgun for everyone, view and world models.

I wanted to turn the basic shotgun into a full sized version so I edited it into this. I added the thingy whatever on top of the barrel so it would have at least some new detail.

Also, the shell ejection port opens up every time the shotgun is pumped, in view models and in the world model. On the basic shotgun it only does this in the engineer's hands.

This is not compatible with custom shotgun skins.

Fixed the problems caused by the polycount patch.
