Panic Attack Skin for Stock Shotgun

Simple reskin, nothing biggy. Just making the stock shotgun look like another weapon in-game because that other weapon honestly isn't very useful/fun. However, the shotgun still kept it's original kill icon and backpack icon so the two weapons won't be confused.

However, thanks to "Sexy_Robot" due to his Panic Attack fixes which I used for this so it is better than before. ("/skins/tf2/panic-attack/panic-attack-fix-pack.html").
