Shotgun Default Texture Fix

A simple fix for the default shotgun texture. The barrel has a smudged line across the top, and this removes it. This fix is technically a skin for myself, but I would think that a lot of other people would like this too.

Install to steamapps[steam name]\team fortress 2\tf\

Please test this in-game before you rate. This skin is only intended to fix the default shotgun texture. If you aren't interested in fixing your shotgun texture, do not rate low please.
