Custom animations for carbine

I decided to make some custom animations so the sniper didn't hold it like an idiot.

Just put the ZZZ_SCA folder into your custom mods folder. DOWNLOAD ONLY INCLUDES ANIMATIONS, MODEL MUST BE INSTALLED SEPERATELY
